The view from our room was stunning, with a picturesque outlook of the town and forest. We also loved the private onsen experience, which was peaceful and relaxing. the staff was attentive, welcoming, and provided us with free snacks and drinks.
We were unpleasantly surprised by the high cost of our stay. we had trouble finding the hotel and the shuttle service schedule was not communicated clearly beforehand.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view from the top floor onsen was breathtaking and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with both public and private onsen available. We loved the free food and snacks in the lounge area. The location was great, with a shuttle service to the town center and a free shuttle pickup and drop off at the nearest station.

The hotel had efficient and friendly English-speaking staff, who were helpful during our stay. The rooms had private hot springs that added a luxurious touch to our stay. The onsen on the top floor had a great view of the town and snow-covered mountains, which was a highlight. The meals were delicious and generous, with free food and snacks in the lounge. The shuttle service to the town and JR station was a plus.
The hotel might be on the expensive side, especially for solo travelers.
